The hotel had a great location, easy to arrive by car and within walking distance of the Historical city. The rooms were superb, spacious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly, all speaking good English. However, some rooms lacked functionality in terms of furniture arrangement. The service was efficient and the concierge, Olivier, was especially helpful. The dining experience was below average, with limited options available. The hotel had good facilities like a swimming pool, spa, valet parking, and a Michelin restaurant by Christian LaCroix.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the ancient city, right near the historic center. The rooms, while clean, are slightly dark and cramped, without much space around the bed. The service is excellent and professional, living up to a 5-star establishment, with attentive and friendly staff. The dining experience, although just adequate, falls short in quality for the price paid.
